30-day returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return anything unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, tags attached. Final sale items (marked as such at checkout) are excluded.

How to start a return

Email info@la-attire.com with your order number before sending anything back. We'll confirm your return is eligible and reply with a return authorization and the return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed.

We do not charge a restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You'll get an email when the refund is issued.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.

UK customers — your statutory rights

If you're shopping from the United Kingdom, you also have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without needing to give a reason, in addition to the 30-day policy above.
