These terms govern your use of the La Attire website and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by email once your order ships; until then, we may cancel or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues.

2. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in the currency of your storefront and include any applicable taxes shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order through our encrypted checkout.

3. Product descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including materials and fit. Colors may vary slightly by screen. Where a material is described as a "look" or "faux" finish, no genuine natural-fiber claim is made.

4. Shipping and delivery

See our Shipping Policy for processing and delivery times. Risk of loss passes to you once an order is delivered to the address you provided.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos — belongs to La Attire or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, La Attire is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or a purchase, beyond the value of your order.

9. UK consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits any statutory right you have as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which apply in addition to these terms.
